We currently accept Cash on Delivery (COD) for all orders within Pakistan.
Orders for customized pieces require an upfront deposit before production begins.
All sales are final. Please review your order carefully before confirming.
We ship only within Pakistan.
Standard delivery time is 5 to 7 business days.
We offer free delivery on all orders.
ART BY HEARTS is not liable for delays caused by courier services or for any loss or damage after dispatch.
We do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges.
All pieces are handcrafted and made to order.
Variations in design, texture, or color may occur and are considered part of the uniqueness of handmade items.
As custom work is produced based on the customer’s approval and specifications, it is non-refundable and non-exchangeable.
We accept custom artwork and décor orders.
A non-refundable deposit is required before starting.
The customer will be involved in the design process and will be asked to approve the final concept before production.
Once confirmed, no changes or cancellations will be accepted.
All content, images, and artwork displayed by ART BY HEARTS are the intellectual property of the brand.
You may not reproduce, resell, or distribute our artwork or digital content without prior written permission.
Purchased items are for personal use only, unless explicitly stated otherwise.
Customers may register on our website to track orders and save preferences.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
Users must be at least 18 years old to create an account or make a purchase.
We collect basic customer information such as name and email address solely for the purpose of order fulfillment and communication.
By using our services, you consent to receiving order-related and occasional promotional emails from ART BY HEARTS.
